First of all, it's clean!... he got the dogs out ! Then the holes from the fireplace debris...even with all the colors in this oriental, you can't tell where they were! Ive had my rugs washed at many places but at Zeitounian Oriental rugs they did the best job by far. And for once I didnt get my rug damaged from somebody else washing it because they do not use heavy machinery. They HANDWASH there rugs. My rugs look great, he also repaired some of them and they look like new. I recommend 200% that if you need your rugs washed to go to Zeitounian Oriental Rugs!
