I highly recommend United Auto Rental when visiting San Diego! They were extremely helpful from the moment we contacted them at the airport upon our arrival. We phoned Alex, and he did an excellent job of directing us to the rental car facility shuttle. The shuttle dropped us off, and we walked a short distance to an area where users of other rental car agencies are picked up. United Auto Rental is very close to the airport, and Alex picked us up without delay in a vehicle similar to the one that we had requested. By comparison, the registration process was much easier here. Alex was extremely helpful, professional, and personable. We appreciated his outstanding customer service. The vehicle was great! It was a Toyota Camry and was in very good shape. We really enjoyed the car and found it to be very reliable in our travels throughout southern California. When we dropped off the vehicle, Isaiah and Jacob were great! They could not have been more professional, personable, and courteous.

Just rented a Mustang Convertible from United Auto Rental for about half of what Hertz wanted to charge me! They did not charge an under age fee and accepted my debit card for deposit. Great service. Will recommend you guys to my friends!

These guys Rock! They picked me up at my Hotel and dropped me off when I was done with the car. Rates were lower than the major companies and I was given a new and clean Toyota Camry -Tom was kind enough to give me a free upgrade! Will rent from them again on my next trip to San Diego.
