Whether called to task from the State Capital Restoration Society to replace a 200-year-old scalamandre silk damask or completely furnishing a 12, 000 sq.ft Rancho Santa Fe home for a busy client within a few weeks, Showplace Interiors handles the most challenging project with ease. Directed by owner/designer Cathleen Shera, Showplace Interiors specializes in turn-key projects from the ground up. Our experienced staff provides construction management, architectural consultation and fine acquisitions of furnishing, accessories, and art. We carry unique carpets, exotic hardwoods and custom window fashions. Our mission is embracing design to create living interiors which our clients will use and enjoy with satisfaction of function and pleasure of form. For the last several years, international designer, Cathleen Shera has been collaborating with leading architects and developers to create a level of resort living at it's highest form. Cooper Tower, a high-rise condo/resort hotel has just been approved for development in Colorado Springs, Colorado which plays host to the world for Olympic Training. Another project, Alea Living is well under way in beautiful Baja, California, a mid-rise resort for condominum living complete with spa and pool amenities for the busy world traveler or as a luxurious second home on the Pacific Coast.
