To start with their was fresh gum on one of the tables. It only took a minute or two to clean off, but I shouldn't have had to.Then we discovered one of the table clothes had a large hole in the dead-center. Sure we could cover it witha center-piece, but again quite annoying. But the final straw was the broken patio heaters. The safety mechanisms on all three heaters was broken. As per there instructions, we had to jury-rig the gas on. Fortunately they provided zip ties for this purpose. And with the auto-off feature disabled, watch them all very closely lest they blow out and leak gas.
