Awful experience, Crooked and underhanded Practices Beware!!!

I was not treated, but I was charged $55 to have the doctor tell me he could not treat me. I tried to have my credit card company dispute the charges - today I got a phone call from Dr. Kim's office threatening me that if I proceeded disputing the $55 charge I will be charged a $500 fee. It really felt like they were trying to intimidate me into making me drop my dispute (It didnt even feel legal that they could do that).

I called my credit card company and called Dr. kim's office and when I proceeded to explain that I was denying the charges because the doctor did not actually treat me - the manager said she didn't care and she was not changing her mind. She wouldn't let me speak and kept talking over me - very rude
She claimed that just because I signed in and the doctor "SAW" me (but did not treat me) justified their charges.
If you don't want to be taken advantage of, don't see this doctor.

In addition, the wait can be up to one hour long.
You never get to see Dr. Kim, you usually end uo seeing his nurse or some doctor you never met before.
