Horrible! They damaged so many pieces of our beautiful wood furniture and broke the screen of our 52" TV. We had to fight for months to just get $150.00 settlement. They are rude and they lie and they hang up on you. Beware of this moving company!

Hiring movers is stressful, especially when your building requires insurance. The rates were very competitive in terms of licensed movers. I had the certificate of insurance that the building requires within 2 hours of my request. Last time I moved it took days to get the document.

My crew was on time, polite and very efficient. My move was done in 3 hours with drive time. I can’t believe we were under the estimate. I love saving money unexpectedly. My furniture was wrapped in blankets and plastic and handled with care. And I was able to put the entire thing on my credit card including the tip for the crew. This has been the easiest move I have ever made.

I had to come into town to bury my grandmother and the sales rep, Eileen, went above and beyond her job description and helped me out. Omega surely took a load off in my time of need. I would pass their card along to any friend or family member.

Moving is never fun, but this move was a disaster from start to finish. I must say, the work crew was very kind, courteous and hard working. A+ for the crew. That being said, I found out after the fact the owner overbooked his company for that period. They did not show up at the scheduled time - first thing in the morning verses late - late in the afternoon. Thus, a pack and move turned into a 4 day fiasco(2 days behind schedule). The straw that broke the camel's back is when Elan got into a shouting match with my ex. He is my size arguing and shouting with someone 5' tall. Yelling at a customer is unacceptable by anyone's standards regardless of age, size, gender or race. To say the least it was ugly. Be curious of the positive reviews and get everything in black and white.

I've moved couple of times within US however moving with Omeaga moving & Storage was my worst experience. They broke 80% of my furniture, mattress was also torn, couple of kitchen appliance were lost. Upon delivery I cleared their payment as they promised that it will be all handled by insurace in next two weeks. For all the loss (more than $5000) they offered my $150 and upong further discussion, they agreed to double that to $300. I will not recommend anyone to use Omega Moving and Storage as I found them very unprofessional & careless. In the whole team of Omega moving, Mr. Elan is the most unprofessional guy (he was offering me to take a sofa he uses at home because his wife does not like that and forget about the insurance claim).



I think if everything goes well in moving with them then there is no issues but in case if something goes wrong, you will be in BIG MESS so why to take chance and stay away from them.
