My sewage line was backing up over New Years weekend so I called Mr Rooter back. They were there in less than an hour and quickly found the palm tree roots blocking my sewer line. In minutes the pipes were flowing well. I was happy with the job at that point, but he stayed another 10-15 minutes making sure that there were no other partial blocks anywhere in the pipes ("as long as I am here and set up to do this...") I suspect that those extra ten minutes will put off having to call them again for a few years. From Melinda in Vista,ca‎

My house was flooded and I found them on the internet. They made it to my house in 40 minutes, shut off the water and located the problem. Turns out I had a leak under the cement slab. We had a major sewer line problem and we live in an 80 year old house on a hill in Los Feliz. Instead of digging trenches and tearing up the original brick patio and backyard, Mr. Rooter used a new technology to access the pipe and shoot coating through it to repair the problem and prevent it from failing again. they gave a 50 year warrantee (no that's not a typo) yes fifty years. this team really knows everything about plimbing and take the time to explain things. They are honest and experienced and the team leaves the place spotless after the job is done. mr. rooter is the way service is seen in films--unreal! - From Michele N. in Oceanside
