Not worth the price !! I usually stay next door at the Manchester Grand Hyatt , but took this opportunity to stay at both hotels to compare. Marriott offered no free WiFi in rooms, which Grand Hyatt did automatically without any enrollment process. Marriott room noise much more noticeable from adjoining room. Marriott city and bay views nice, but Manchester Grand Hyatt corners the bay views on both sides were unsurpassed! Manchester Grand Hyatt is still the best in town.
Terrific service, friendly staff, clean rooms and the Concierge Lounge view (and food) was top notch. Only downside was the parking situation in the front of the hotel which was chaotic with cars blocking some of the three/four lanes of the entrance ramp at times. The Valet staff did their best but there has to be a better way.
Rooms are clean, comfortable, and the beds are wonderful. Maid service is timely and efficient.
