Tamara was the worst. imaginable. Her office is dirty lacking modern equipment

and her upsale attempts tactics were questionable.



Unbelievable bad customer service. She would not have her front desk call the insurance to verify the procedures she was planning were covered. Then I called Concordia insurance myself...while in her office and the insurance verified my co-pay to her. Once her bluff was "called" she did not want to do the service.... LOL because I questioned her honesty. Seems like she was just mad she was "had".



There also was a large poodle dog that came from the examination area they rushed in what appeared to be a closet area when I was early for my appointment. Cute poodle but I wondered if I walked in the wrong door and was in a veternarian office. The office is like some broken down house and there were no customers in the waiting room. Seemed like the dentist's office help appreciated the dentist was finally being "had" and stood up to so at least my visit was a positive experience for the dentist's employees!
