Worst place on the planet! My father passed away and this company towed my fathers vehicle at 4:50am and if wasn't for me being up I would have known. The tow truck driver didn't let me remove my fathers personal items and I told him my father amd I have personal items. I went to the tow yard to try and talk to people that work there and a girl named Megan said that we were not allowed to get anything down from my father's vehicle! We told her that are Dad had passed away and he had his reading glasses and a sock of coins and his favorite calgon. She still said no, you cannot get into the vehicle. She then one way tow sends my father's vehicle to Auction and I had go all the way to Tracy to get my father's vehicle. When I got his vehicle his car had been ran sacked all his belongings thrown everywhere and the first noticeable missing item was his glasses which my father left hanging on his turn signal. His black sock with his coins in it and my car charger and my lime green box cutter that I had in my work apron was all missing. When I told the guy from the auction of the missing items he told the vehicle was brought to us like this. He kindly explained to us their processes and we had picked up the car way before point of sale. I had to make an investigation with my fathers financial bank to try and get these items back. I was told to call the tow company and see about getting these items back, every time I called I was told I had to speak to Matt about it but for some reason Matt was NEVER available to speak according to Megan the girl that answers the phone. And this tow company knows that my father is deceased and the employees who went through my fathers vehicle had the guts to steal a pair of reading glasses and a sock of coins and my box cutter for work and charge. This company makes me so sick and karma is bigger. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Rudest employees and thief too!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service and they have very rude employees. If your car breaks down DO NOT call these people, if your car is impounded pray that it does NOT get sent to them. I wish there were an option to choose 0 stars for their rating.

called them to recover one of our cars , In less than a hour they called me and let me know it was already recovered and on the way to their yard .. WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR !!!!! GREAT PEOPLE AND I HIGHLY RECOMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
