This place is a scam, check out the other negative reviews on Google and Yelp, I experienced the same thing.



The $39 exam is a scam. They get you in and then they tell you you need a "Deep Cleaning" that costs $500. That is the reason they never want to schedule a regular cleaning. The deep cleaning is where they pocket the most money so they try to push that on everyone.



In addition, the staff is very rude. I had to wait for the 2 girls in the front to finish their conversation before someone helped me. They don't return emails unless you want to schedule a deep cleaning.
